PuruliaTime does not operate buses, does not issue tickets, does not set bus fares, and does not act as an authorized booking agent for government transport corporations (SBSTC, WBTC) or private bus associations.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use PuruliaTime only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial informational purposes. You specifically agree not to:

• Deploy automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or crawlers to extract database records, schedules, or content in bulk without prior written permission.
• Attempt to compromise, overload, disrupt, or launch denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks against our servers or network infrastructure.
• Submit false, defamatory, fraudulent, or intentionally misleading schedule corrections or contact form messages.
• Reverse-engineer or mirror our website layout, search mechanisms, or bilingual databases for competing commercial directories.

3. Timetable Disclaimer & Schedule Accuracy

Bus departure times, stops, via-routes, and ticket prices displayed on PuruliaTime are source-reported estimates collected from terminal boards, operators, and commuters.

Bus operations are dynamic and subject to immediate cancellation or postponement due to bad weather, traffic jams on national/state highways, mechanical breakdowns, strikes, or festival diversions. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of listed timetables at any given moment. Passengers are strongly advised to verify time-sensitive journeys with depot inquiry offices.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, all proprietary text, original route analyses, bilingual translations, editorial articles, brand logos, and software code on PuruliaTime are the intellectual property of PuruliaTime.
